| Manufacturing Process | Check the pH of the media before sterilization. Adjust the pH to 7.4 by using either 0.1M HCl or 0.1M NaOH solution if required. 8. Filter through 0.2µ sterile filter. Note down the filter time and volume passes through the filter. 9. Filtrate should be retained in clean sterile glassware. 10. Aseptic filling in Cleanroom under laminar air flow. 11. Distribute the suitable quantity of the broth medium in appropriate glass vial. Plug the bottles with cap and seal the flip. 12. UV sterilization for 30 minutes. 13. After sterilization the labelling the glass vial. 14. Sterilize the filled glass vial by autoclaving at temperature 1210C and 15 psi/kg/cm2 pressure for 15 minutes or as per manufacturer instructions. 15. After sterilization, use the Glucose Broth media for dispatch and store the sterilized broth media below 250C till further use. |
